GUSP
- is a former 15thHeadquarters of KGB (see the structure of KGB
USSR) which served the governmental bunkers for the top leaders of the state.
Many of the spread out over the country secret governmental bunkers, "Metro-2",
highways and so on are at GUSP disposal. Information about such kinds of
objects is strictly secret and only some journalists and diggers (of course,
illegally) have visited these places. That’s why we decided to place here together
with the official information about GUSP the diggers resources’ references.

- Service of special objects by
RF President (so called "the moles")
- Operation and technical
department (so called "the bantams")
GUSP tasks:
- provision of full powers
execution by RF President in the sphere of mobilization preparation of the
state power bodies;
- provision’s
organization of mobilization preparation of federal bodies of state
power and their machinery;
- fulfillment of mobilization
preparation by the Administration of Russian Federation President;
- development of proposals on
planning of RF transfer to the conditions of war-time;
- functioning provision of
special objects and objects of mobilization purpose (hereinafter referred
to as special objects) in a war-time and in conditions of military and
extraordinary state, and besides provision of readiness control to the use
under the designation a reserve control point by the federal bodies of the
executive, the bodies of the executive by RF subjects and organizations
(hereinafter referred to as ZPU);
- provision of work, life
activity and security of RF President, Government Chairman, leadership of
federal bodies of state power, their machinery and President’s
Administration in the period of their staying at special objects;
- coordination and constant
provision by the mobilization preparation to the federal bodies of the
executive, bodies of the executive of Russian Federation’s subjects and
their machinery and besides ZPU operation;
- work coordination on
information protection from the outflow by the technical channels at
special objects, ZPU of the executive’s federal bodies and in the
administration buildings of the state power federal bodies;
- control over the decrees,
directions and messages by the President concerning the points of
mobilization preparation of the state power federal bodies.
